SAVE YOUR SOUL

TOPIC: SAVE YOUR SOUL

BY: ENWENEMATI KINIKA KINGSLEY

TEXT: ROMANS 6:23

The moment you step into enternity you’re going to reap the rewards of the choices you’ve made on this earth. Will you enjoy an everlasting life in the presence of a loving God – or suffer a horrifying fate in unquenchable flame?

Have you ever seriously considered whether you’ve done enough to spend eternity in heaven?

Truth is, you can’t be good enough to get into Heaven on your own. God-the-Father has set the standard by His perfection. Therefore, the first step toward the pearly gates begins with a simple acknowledgement of what’s necessary to enter …

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. — Matthew 5:48

If that doesn’t describe you … then you’ve got a problem (in fact, we’ve all got a problem). You don’t think you’re perfect do you? In fact, the Bible says …
As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one. — Romans 3:10

That means you, that means me … nobody is righteous enough to earn their way to heaven on their own merit.
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. — (Romans 3:23)

That means you, that means me. Just as there are consequences of our actions in this world, there are repercussions of sin.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. —(Romans 6:23)

Wages are what you’ve earned for your effort, therefore you’ve earned “death.” But GOOD NEWS; the verse doesn’t end there! God intervenes – and gives you the gift of eternal life.

A gift is something freely given … you’ve earned death, but you’ve been given a tremendous gift.
Why do you think the God of this universe would offer you this gift – when you’ve clearly earned the wages of sin?

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

So the answer really is: God loves you!
And like any gift, you must accept His gift of salvation to enjoy its benefit, but how?

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9)

It’s all about Jesus!

You have to trust in His finished work on the cross at Calvary. There are no magic words … or fancy prayers … you merely need to believe or trust in Jesus as the one who died for your sins and was resurrected so that you might have eternal life with Him in heaven.

For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)

These are my few words that’ll save your soul – if you let them.

Won’t you accept God’s free gift of salvation today, right now?

The Gospel isn’t complicated. The Apostle Paul explained it most eloquently in his first letter to the Corinthians:
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. (1Cor 15:3,4)

Thank you for your time, if you are touched by this message please do share it to friends and love once to get touched as well. God bless you as you do so. Shalom!!!

MY DESTINY VS ALTARS

“And it came to pass the same night, that the LORD said unto him, Take thy father’s young bullock, even the second bullock of seven years old, and throw down the altar of Baal that thy father hath, and cut down the grove that is by it. And build an altar unto the LORD thy God upon the top of this rock, in the ordered place, and take the second bullock, and offer a burnt sacrifice with the wood of the grove which thou shalt cut down.” Judges 6:25-25 Introduction An altar is usually a separate and raised platform used for offering sacrifices and burning incense for worship. Today we are looking at how to pull down evil altars fighting against our Divine destiny. An evil altar is a platform or a separate place where sacrifices are offered by the agents of darkness like a priest or a wicked one to cage or hold the destiny of men down. An evil altar is a place where the souls of men are caged and destroyed by the devil. When this evil altar is raised against a man, it goes to work to ...

OH LORD, SHOW ME MERCY

And he showed me Joshua the high Priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. (Zachariah3:1) Zechariah 3 talks of a vision shown by God Almighty to the prophet Zechariah concerning Joshua who was the High Priest at the time. The job of Joshua as the High Priest is to connect the people to God by generally praying and interceding for them.  It therefore means that in carrying out this duty, Joshua must approach God in righteousness because the God we are talking about is a God whose eyes are so pure that they cannot behold iniquity. But here, Joshua was standing before God in filthy garments. WHAT GARMENT ARE YOU WEARING? Filthy garment can be termed a dirty garment; it is a garment that is stained. It is a garment of unrighteousness, a garment of sin. It is a garment of faithlessness and doubt. The only thing that can separate us from God, making us not to have an experience with Him is sin. For anyone to successfully serve God h...
